It takes courage to ask for help or admit you may have a drinking problem. Only you can decide if Alcoholics Anonymous is right for you. Here are some ways to see if A.A. is right for you.
Attending A.A. involuntarily? Maybe a drunk driving, or a domestic situation? The pamphlet So You've Been Sent to A.A. may apply.
Bridging the Gap (BTG) is a program for AA newcomers. If you are leaving treatment or incarceration or just newly sober, the BTG Request Form is for you.
Are you Hungry? Angry? Lonely? Tired? Before picking up a drink, pick up the phone. Whether sober three days or three decades, call the HALTline at any time of day.
