The District Committee Member (DCM) serves as a conduit between the District 24 committee and the Area 30 committee and delegate. As a member of the Area 30 committee, the DCM represents District 24’s conscience to the Area 30 Delegate who, in turn, represents Area 30s group ’s conscience at the annual General Service Conference.

The DCM serves for a term of 2-years and is a district officer, along with the Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary.
